- Udhayanidhi Stalin is the SPC’s ex-officio vice-chairperson.
- Its Executive vice-chairperson is J. Jeyaranjan.
- The Other members of the SPC are Rama. Srinivasan, Sulthan Ahmed Ismail, K. Deenabandu, N. Ezhilan, Mallika Srinivasan, J. Amalorpavanathan, G. Siva Raman and Narthaki Nataraj.
