- A symposium was held on the “Green Transition in States” in New Delhi.
- NITI Aayog, in collaboration with the ministry of power and the ministry of new and renewable energy, launched the ASSET platform.
- ASSET stands for ‘Accelerating Sustainable Solutions for Energy Transition’.
- It aims to support states in accelerating their green transition.
- The platform will assist in formulating state energy transition blueprints along with aiding in its implementation.
