Uttar Pradesh has become the first state in the country to fully integrate its procurement procedure with the Centre's Govt e-Marketplace (GeM).
This integration mandates that all service providers strictly adhere to central govt regulations.
Any deviation from the GeM protocols could result into the disqualification from conducting business with the Uttar Pradesh govt.
