- The Union govt launched the two-month long National STOP Diarrhoea Campaign 2024.
- The campaign aims at reducing the under 5 child deaths due to diarrhoea.
- The campaign’s 2024 slogan is “Diarrhea ki Roktham, Safai aur ORS se rakhen apna dhyaan,”
- ORS (Oral Rehydration Salt) sachets and zinc tablets will be provided to children.
