- The US Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) added 11 entities to its restrictive Entity List related to national security.
- Additionally, the BIS removed three Indian entities - Indian Rare Earths, Indira Gandhi Atomic Research Center (IGCAR), and Bhabha Atomic Research Center (BARC)-from the Entity List.
