Walking Pneumonia

There are significant spike of cases of walking pneumonia across the United States - especially among children.
Walking pneumonia is a milder form of pneumonia.
It is a less serious form of lung infection often caused by the bacteria Mycoplasma pneumoniae.
The bacteria in the droplets can be inhaled by others, causing infection.
Most kids with this type of pneumonia do not feel sick enough to stay home, hence the name "walking" pneumonia.
