- Gokulam Kerala FC won Durand Cup 2019 football tournament by beating West Bengal’s Mohun Bagan team in final held at Salt Lake Stadium in Kolkata.
- This was Gokulam Kerala FC’s debut season.
- Golden Ball & Golden Boot award was won by Gokulam Kerala FC forward and captain Marcus Joseph.
- Golden Glove was won by the same team’s goalkeeper CK Ubaid.
- Durand Cup or Durand Football Tournament is a football tournament in India founded in 1888.
- It is Asia’s oldest football tournament and 3rd oldest football tournament in world.
- It is co-hosted by Durand Football Tournament Society (DFTS) and Osians.
