- Google, on October 06, celebrated the start of 2018 Summer Youth Olympic Games (3rd edition) with an animated doodle.
- It will be held in Buenos Aires, Argentina till October 18.
- The GIF doodle was created by Cynthia Yuan Cheng and Vrinda Zaveri which shows various sports from the Games.
- The mascot for this year is Pandi - a teen jaguar, native to Argentina.
- The Games occur every four years in a different city and country with summer and winter editions.
- The first Games were held in Singapore in 2010.
