Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed this summit through video conferencing.
The summit is chaired by the Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The ongoing SCO summit is being attended by the Heads of States of all 8 SCO Member States - Russia, India, China, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan.
The Heads of States of 4 observer states of SCO- Iran, Afghanistan, Mongolia and Belarus are also participating in the summit.
It is the third meeting that India is participating in as a full member of the SCO.
India had become a full member of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) in 2017.
The present SCO Summit has ended with the adoption of the Moscow Declaration.
