- The Third Jan Aushadhi Diwas celebrations began on 1st March.
- It will go on till 7th of March.
- Jan Aushadhi Kendra conducted Health Check-up Camps across the country.
- The health check-up activities include Sugar level check-up, blood Pressure check-up, free doctor consultation and free medicine distribution.
- Bureau of Pharma PSUs of India (BPPI), the implementing agency of Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Janaushadhi Pariyojana (PMBJP) is celebrating 3rd Janaushadhi Diwas on 7th March, 2021.
- The theme for the year 2021 is “Seva bhi – Rozgar bhi”.
- Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Janaushadhi Pariyojana is a noble initiative by Department of Pharmaceuticals, Government of India.
- It is now making an impact on masses in its endeavour to provide quality medicines at an affordable price.
