He also launched the ‘Jal Shakti Abhiyan: Catch the Rain campaign 2022’ in New Delhi.
Uttar Pradesh has been awarded first prize, followed by Rajasthan and Tamil Nadu.
Madurai Municipal Corporation, Tamil Nadu is one of the awardee in the “Best Urban Local Body” Category.
Vellaputhur Panchayat, Chengalpattu District, Tamil Nadu is one of awardee in the “Best Village Panchayat” Category.
Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Kaveripattinam in Tamil Nadu, Amalorpavam Lourds Academy, Thiruvallur, Puducherry and Amity International School, Noida, Uttar Pradesh won the awards in the Best School category.
