7th India Skills Report 2020

  • The 7th edition of the India Skills Report 2020 for the year 2019-20 was launched.
  • Maharashtra emerged as the top ranked state in terms of employability.
  • It was followed by Tamil Nadu and Uttar Pradesh in the second and third rank respectively. 
  • The India Skills Report, is a joint initiative of
    • Whee box (global talent-assessment company),
    • People Strong and Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) in collaboration with UNDP (United Nations Development Programme),
    • AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) and
    • AIU (Association of Indian Universities).
