9th International Youth Sailing Competition

- Krishnapatnam Port in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, is hosting the 9th edition of International Youth Sailing Competition of India from December 27th to December 31st 2017.
- The event is the largest sailing competition in the country
- It is organised by the Navayuga Sailing Academy, Tamil Nadu Sailing Association (TNSA) and Yachting Association of Andhra Pradesh (YAAP) under the aegis of the Yachting Association of India (YAI) and the Asian Sailing Federation (ASAF).
- The port is also holding YAI Senior and Youth National Championships
- Earlier eight editions of India International youth sailing were held at Chennai.
