- PENCIL (Platform for Effective Enforcement for No Child Labour) portal has been effective in solving 361 Complaints of Child Labour all over India.
- It was launched in 2017.
- Its objective is to ensure effective enforcement of the provisions of the Child Labour Act and smooth implementation of the National Child Labour Project Scheme.
- Online complaints regarding child labour can also be filed by anybody on the Pencil Portal.
