- Cambodian Princess Norodom Bopha Devi (76) and former Culture Minister of Cambodia has passed away.
- She is credited for resurrecting the Apsara Dance in the 1970s.
- World heritage listed-Apsara has been performed in Cambodia for more than 1,000 years and bas-reliefs of dancers are seen on Angkorian temple walls.
