	- The Armenian parliament voted to join the International Criminal Court (ICC).
- The Armenian lawmakers basically voted to ratify the Rome Statute, the founding treaty of the ICC. 
- Countries that have signed and ratified the Rome Statute that created the ICC are bound to arrest Mr. Putin.
