- Recently, 2nd edition of “Awards for Excellence in District Skill Development Planning 2022” was organized.
- The Awards was given to Top 30 districts, for their innovative best practices in skill development.
- Rajkot (Gujarat), Cachar (Assam) and Satara (Maharashtra), were ranked among the top three districts, respectively.
- DSDP awards were constituted in June 2018, under the SANKALP scheme.
- SANKALP stands for “Skill Acquisition and Knowledge Awareness for Livelihood Promotion”.
