- The Supreme Court (SC) constituted three-member mediation committee for Ayodhya dispute has submitted its interim report in a sealed cover on May 6.
- If the committee report were failure in its attempt, a Constitution bench headed by CJI Ranjan Gogoi will take up the case for further hearing.
