- The President of India presented the “Bhoomi Samman” 2023 at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi.
- It is conferred to 9 Secretaries & District Collectors of 68 Districts for saturation of Digitization of Land Records.
- It aims to acknowledge the outstanding performance of individuals and teams in the implementation of the Digital India Land Records Modernization Programme (DILRMP).
- The Department of Land Resources has set an ambitious target of achieving 100% saturation in the digitization of land records across all districts of the country by 31st March 2024.
