- The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs, chaired by the Prime Minister, has approved the proposal of Ministry of Railways to close the Bharat Wagon and Engineering Company Limited (BWEL) - a Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) under Ministry of Railways.
