- This move marks an expansion of the ‘five eyes’ group of nations which is a global alliance on the intelligence issues, to include Japan and India.
- End-to-end encryption is a system of communication where only the communicating users can read the messages.
- It prevents potential intruders including telecom providers, Internet providers and the provider of communication service.
