- This train has become the first Integrated Management Systems (IMS) certified train of the Southern Railway.
- It has also become the first Shatabdi train as well as second mail or express train of Indian Railways to receive this certification.
- The IMS certificate has been provided for maintenance and better use of environment-friendly resources. The certification will also offer travel comfort.
