• The 2081-kilometer-long bridge connects Odisha’s capital Bhubaneshwar with Cuttack.
• This is the 2nd bridge connecting Bhubaneswar to Cuttack.
• The bridge is named ‘Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Setu’.
• The bridge built on Kathajodi river, a tributary of Mahanadi, will not only lessen the distance between Bhubaneswar and Cuttack by 12 km, but will also help to divert traffic and ease the commute.
