JDS leader HD Kumaraswamy sworn-in as the 24th chief minister of Karnataka along with his deputy G Parameshwara, the Karnataka Congress chief on the steps of the Vidhana Soudha.
Kumaraswamy, aka 'Kumaranna', was administered the oath of office and secrecy by governor Vajubhai Vala
This will be Kumaraswamy's second term as the chief minister of Karnataka since 2007 when he last held the post for 20 months.
