  • It aims to redress public grievances and provide valuable solutions on consumer related issues.
  • The grievances will be resolved in a time bound manner within 20 days.
  • The app, which strengthens ‘digital India’ objectives, provides a one stop solution to the consumer grievances via mobile devices.
