CPGRAMS reforms in Department of Posts

- Minister of State in the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions Dr. Jitendra Singh unveiled the Centralised Public Grievances Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) reforms in Department of Posts.
- The new CPGRAMS 7.0 version by Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) can be accessed through www.pgportal.nic.in.
- It is the platform which receives, redresses and monitors grievances from the public.
- It will cut processing time by 50% in the Department of Posts.
