- This was announced by chief minister Vijay Rupani.
- Defence Expo-2022 will be held in Gandhinagar.
- The aim of Defense Expo 2022 is to move from Make in India to make for the world.
- The Defence Expo-2022 will focus on making India a Defence manufacturing hub.
Note
- Def Expo was traditionally held in Delhi until 2014.
- After 2014 it has seen a string of new venues - Goa (2016), Chennai (2018) and Lucknow (2020).
