- The Supreme Court has recently received a demonstration of a web-based portal e-DAR to streamline data on Motor Vehicle Accidents and Claims sought under the Act.
- e-DAR (e-Detailed Accident Report) is a web portal developed by the Ministry of Roads, Transport and Highways in consultation with insurance companies.
- It will provide instant information on road accidents with a few clicks and help accelerate accident compensation claims, bringing relief to victims’ families.
