West Bengal (294 seats)

  • The Trinamool Congress managed a landslide victory in West Bengal.
  • Trinamool Congress is to form the government for a third consecutive term in West Bengal.

Tamil Nadu (234 seats)

  • In Tamil Nadu, MK Stalin, leader of DMK is set to become the state Chief Minister.

Kerala (140 seats)

  • The Pinarayi Vijayan-led Left Democratic Front government scripted history by retaining power.
  • It is the first time in four decades that the same grouping will form the government for the second consecutive time.

Assam (126 seats)

  • The BJP managed to retain power in Assam.

Puducherry (30 seats)

  • The National Democratic Alliance is set to form the government with NR Congress and its ally BJP in the 30-member House.
