- It is also drawing up plans to cut greenhouse gas emissions from its operations.
- Bharat Petroleum also announced a plan to provide EV charging infrastructure at its 7,000 fuel stations in the next few years.
- In September 2021, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation announced a plan to set up 5,000 EV charging stations in the country in three years.
