- 14th edition of Indo – Mongolian joint military training, Exercise Nomadic Elephant-XIV commenced from October 5th.
- The exercise will be conducted from 05th to 18th at Bakloh, Himachal Pradesh.
- Indian Army is being represented by a contingent of a battalion of Rajaputana Rifles.
- Nomadic Elephant-XIV is aimed at training troops in counter insurgency & counter terrorism operations under the United Nations mandate.
