Faceless RTO Offices

- The government of Maharashtra launched the faceless Regional Transport Offices (RTOs).
- It aims to help the citizens of the state avail facilities such as driving licences, etc, without the need of being physically present at the RTOs.
- At present, the transport department of Maharashtra is providing 118 different services.
- Out of which 80 are online with 6 more services having been included under the new initiative.
