The Grievance Redressal Assessment and Index (GRAI) 2023 is based on four dimensions and 11 indicators.
It is assessing grievance redressal mechanism adopted by the central ministries and departments.
It was conceptualized and designed by the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG).
The Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare has topped the ranking followed by Department of Post in Group A.
In Group B, O/O the Comptroller & Auditor General of India topped the ranking, closely followed by the Department of Land Resources.
