- The Great American Economic Revival Industry Groups were created by U.S. President Donald Trump to combat the economic impact of the ongoing 2019–20 coronavirus pandemic.
- Among them 6 members have been chosen from the Indian-American community for the Great American Economic Revival group by the USA President.
- These include Google’s Sundar Pichai and Microsoft’s Satya Nadella, IBM’s Arvind Krishna, Micron’s Sanjay Mehrotra, Ann Mukherjee from Pernod Ricard and Ajay Banga from Mastercard.
- Other prominent members appointed by Trump are Tim Cook, Mark Zuckerberg, Elon Musk and Bill Ford.
- It was a second task force, following the White House Coronavirus Task Force.
- The White House Coronavirus Task Force is headed by the U.S. Vice President Mike Pence.
