  • Union Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has launched four new helpline numbers to help people amid the second wave of covid-19.
  • 1075 is the National Helpline no. of Ministry of Health & Family Welfare.
  • 1098 is the Child Helpline no. of Ministry of Women & Child Development.
  • 14566 is the Senior Citizens Helpline of Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment.
  • It will work in states like – Karnataka, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
  • 08046110007 is Helpline number of National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS) that will provide psychological support.
