India has contributed an additional $1 million to the India-UN Development Partnership Fund earmarked for South-South cooperation.
About Fund
The India-UN Development Partnership Fund was set up as a partnership between India and the United Nations Office for South-South Cooperation to Reduce poverty and hunger, improve health, education and equality, and expand access to clean water and energy in developing and Least Developed Countries.
This fund has been set with the aim to fund the sustainable development projects in developing and least developed countries.
