- For effective and speedy disposal of public grievances, the state government issued a Government Order on setting up of Integrated and Inclusive Public Grievance CM Helpline Management System (IIPGCMS).
- This system will help integrate the grievance redressal mechanisms and helplines of all departments and will bring them on a single platform.
- A help desk, with helpline number ‘1100’ would be set up as part of the scheme.
