- The mission on integrated biorefineries will be co-led by India and Netherlands.
- The focus of this Mission would be to work on replacing fossil fuel-based fuels, chemicals, and materials with bio-based alternatives.
- This could reduce these emissions, providing a renewable alternative for hard-to-abate sectors and supporting rural jobs.
