International Missing Children’s Day - May 25

  • International Missing Children’s Day is observed globally for
    • missing children who have found their way home,
    • remembering those that are victims of crime,
    • Continuing efforts to seek out those that are still missing.
  • 25 May is now widely referred to as Missing Children’s Day, with the forget-me-not flower as its emblem.
  • The day was proclaimed in 1983, by U.S. President Ronald Reagan.
