- Jana Gana Mana was later adopted as the national anthem by India’s Constituent Assembly on January 24, 1950.
- Rabindranath Tagore composed Bharata Bhagyo Bidhata.
- The first stanza of it, Jana Gana Mana, is now our national anthem.
