The Indian junior cyclists clinched their first-ever gold in the men's team sprint medal at the Junior Track Cycling World Championships in Frankfurt, Germany.
The trio of Esow Alben, Ronaldo and Rojit Singh Yanglem landed the historic gold medal for India.
With the team sprint win, India registered its first-ever cycling gold at the world level.
Esow Alben also added two medals already in this tournament by winning silver in the Men's Sprint individual event and by winning bronze in the men's keirin final.
