- KRITAGYA 3.0 was launched by ICAR to promote “speed breeding” for crop improvement.
- This initiative would give opportunities for students, faculties, entrepreneurs, innovators and others to demonstrate innovative approaches and technological solutions for the crop improvement.
- The KRITAGYA stands of KRI for Krishi, which means agriculture; TA for Taknik, meaning technology; and GYA for Gyan meaning knowledge.
