- The Indian Army initiated the Ladakh Ignited Minds Project to provide educational opportunities for the Ladakhi students from Kargil and Leh districts.
- The MoU has been signed with HPCL (Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited) and a Kanpur based NGO, the National Integrity and Educational Development Organisation.
