- In the first quarter of the fiscal year 2023-24, Maharashtra has emerged as the front-runner in attracting Foreign Direct Investment (FDI).
- The state had secured the top position by attracting FDI amounting to Rs 36,634 crore.
- This is more than the sum of investment received by Delhi, Karnataka and Telangana in the first quarter.
