- Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur has developed a very low cost personal protective equipment (PPE).
- It can be produced for less than 100 rupees.
- It has designed the Kit based on thin cylindrical rolls of polythene, which is commonly used in the industry for packaging and making plastic-bags.
