- India and US concluded agreements for the purchase of 24 MH-60 R Seahawk and 6 AH-64 E Apache attack helicopters.
- The Apache is the most advanced multi-role heavy attack helicopter in the world.
- MH-60R is also referred to as ‘Romeo’.
