- Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar launched 22 bamboo clusters in nine states and National Bamboo Mission logo.
- The bamboo clusters will be set up in Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Odisha, Assam, Nagaland, Tripura, Uttarakhand and Karnataka.
- The designer of the logo is Shri Sai Ram Goudi Edigi of Telengana.
- It is a Centrally Sponsored Scheme that was started in year 2006-07.
