- This programme will cover 8 types of activities.
- The initiative aims to encourage industries, companies, and other entities to meet their existing or other obligations.
- This programme is independent of the carbon credit provided under the Carbon Credit Trading Scheme, 2023.
- It was made under the Energy Conservation Act, 2001.
