President Droupadi Murmu will honour 50 educators with the National Teachers Award 2024.
It aims to recognise and celebrate the remarkable contributions of educators who have made significant impacts on their students' lives and the broader educational landscape in India.
R.S. Muralidharan, a private school teacher from Madurai, was selected as one of the recipients for the National Teachers’ Award.
R. Gopinathan from Gudiyatham is the other recipient from Tamil Nadu.
