- Rahul Navin was appointed in-charge Director of the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on the completion of tenure of the incumbent Sanjay Kumar Mishra.
- Mr. Navin is currently serves as the ED's special director.
- Mishra’s tenure was initially extended by the Supreme Court until September 15, after the court deemed the previous extensions beyond September 8, 2021, as “not valid in law”.
